Sidmouth Sea Front, Sunday 2 August

Do we now count ourselves as veterans of Sunday Sidmouth Sea Front dancers?  Great day with a wall of sound, lots of beer and plenty of burgers.

Latchley Agricultural Show, Saturday 25 July

Wreckers couldn't resist the invitation to dance at this event.  A real traditional Agricultural show with something for everyone and then some Morris Dancing.


Delabole Carnival, Saturday 18 July

Some of the hardier members set off on Saturday afternoon to join with the Delabole Carnival.  This was a first for us and proved to be a great success and thoroughly enjoyable.


Hayling Island Tour, Friday 10 to Sunday 12 July

We went abroad!  We crossed the Tamar then headed east, then crossed some more water and ended up on Hayling Island to dance with Customs and Exiles who come from Berkshire.

St.Breward Carnival, Saturday 4 July

We headed off to St Breward upon Bodmin to join in the carnival, which consists of a very long procession followed by dancing, beer and cake.


Saltash Regatta, Saturday 27 June

We joined the activities on the waterfront at Saltash.


Plymouth Maids 35th Birthday Celebration, Saturday 6 June

We joined the Plymouth Maids on the Barbican for a day of dance to celebrate their birthday.

Chippenham Folk Festival,  Friday 22nd to Monday 25th May

A favourite of Wreckers, dancing at the world famous Chippenham Folk Festival.

Callington May Fest, Saturday 9 May

A couple of years ago, Callington launched their own May Fest with dancing through the streets, making good music, eating locally made pasties and drinking beer!  As Callington is one of local towns, we joined the good folk.

Black Prince, Monday 4 May

We left Grimspound to head over to Kingsand and Cawsand to help dance in the summer and launch the Black Prince boat and take away those winter blues.

We joined Grimspound Morris at their May celebrations with Cats Eye Morris.

May Day Morning, 1st May Kit Hill, near Callington

We danced the sun up on May day morning then went to Louis Tea Room for breakfast.  Louis Tea Room is highly recommended!
